Suggestion: I'd be looking for parts to repair it earlier sending it back. I got mine for $200 shipped and wouldn't like to know how much it would price to ship it back from the Us but assume it would be at least half of what I paid.

I tested device and information technology works well. Problem is the screen. I believe for return I would have to ship back and pay for shipping. This would have a long time and I have work to exercise using the tool.

Finally, OBD2eShop ship me a new package.
But want to let you know, I finally took the time to really test out the replacement I was sent and it appears to work perfectly.
One small issue is that I was sent a GM PC Card and not a Saab 1. I tried to write the GM Card in my laptop to Saab software but I ended up dissentious the card. Information technology was my mistake. I know that I could have contacted y'all for help and yous would have taken care of me.
I was able to discover another Saab Card and get it working and then I am very happy now. I do non demand whatever more help.
